Oba Ogini in a statement made available to newsmen in Ibadan, specifically asked the Nigerian Army authority  to take a decision on a complaint against Major

Bamire, the Commander of Oyo State Operation Burst, who allegedly led his men to destroy the said property.

The traditional leader in the statement said the caterpillar used for the demolition of the 10 units of shops  constructed at University College Hospital (UCH) Guest House was allegedly  accompanied by armed military men.

court order or valid court judgment by either the management of the

UCH that had concessioned the guest house to us or the military that accompanied the caterpillar for destruction”, he said.

Oba Ogini added, “ we have written to many important offices which include the 2 Division of the Nigerian Army, Adekunle Fajuyi Cantonment, Ibadan, Office of the Chief of Army Staff, Nigerian Army Headquarters Abuja, Office of the Chief Medical Director, University College Hospital, (UCH), Ibadan,

Office of the Chairman Senate Security Committee, Abuja and many other relevant authorities and yet we are yet to get justice”.
