People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar has been described as the perfect example that will lead to Nigeria’s progress if elected into office in 2023.
Adamawa youth in their dozens, thronged Atiku/Okowa Presidential Campaign office in Yola and resolved to work for the success of the ticket in the coming 2023 presidential election.
The youth under the aegis of 21 Local Government Areas Youth Forum paid a courtesy visit to Boni Haruna, the state coordinator of the Atiku 2023 movement.
The spokesman of the group, Hon Dauda Abubakar Belel said, they are a social-cultural, political, and civil right youth movement across religion, tribes and party divide with the sole mandate to work for the PDP’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.
Belel while intimating Haruna and his political friends, said their visit is needless, but only to show their solidarity to his leadership as the arrow head working for Atiku.
The youth revealed that they have being working for Atiku in all the 21 local government areas of the state and will ensure the victory at the end of 2023 presidential election.
He vowed that the group on their own, have started consulting with political unit stakeholders and visited many people for the Atiku agenda.
The group according to Belel, was organized by like minds to work for Atiku, going from nooks and crannies of all the units to work for the PDP’s 2023 agenda.
“We are for Atiku because we believe he will change the ugly situation of our dear nation in dire need of a rescue man who is capable and fit to salvage the country.
“We belong to different religions and political parties, among us, are businessmen and career-driven individuals with the sole mandate to work for Atiku as the best candidate for PDP to save our nation,” Belel said
He added that the 21 Youth Unity Forum in Adamawa has considered Atiku Abubakar as a case closed for victory and will make it a reality in the coming 2023 Presidential election.
In his response, Boni Haruna who is one of the front runners for the Atiku Campaign coordinator in and outside Adamawa State, appreciated the zealous Youth for their foresight to support the PDP mandate.
He charged them to go back and engage the campaign template, which is a mission to secure every unit in the state for Atiku.
According to him, the template is, everyone should go back to their units and the agenda of everyone should be Atiku whether open or secret.
“My 2023 agenda is Atiku. If you love Atiku you are my friend, if you don’t love him you can’t be my friend. So let’s all work for PDP to ensure Atiku’s victory in all our units”, Haruna said.
Haruna in the entourage of Talban Adamawa, Daniel Bwala, who is one of the Presidential council members and Philemon Ibrahim Leha, head of security of the movement, assured the group of a better country Nigerians will experience if Atiku wins the 2023 election.
