2022: Ekiti APC Stalwart, Ajibulu Canvasses Support For Oyebamji’s Victory

Determined to galvanize support for the All Progressives Congress (APC) flagbearer in the forthcoming Ekiti Gubernatorial poll holding June 18, a stalwart of the party, Chief Segun Ajibulu has donated cash and campaign materials to six communities in Ekiti North for Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji (BAO) vote mobilisation.

Ajibulu, who vied for Ekiti North Senatorial ticket in the just concluded primaries of the APC was joined by hundreds of supporters at street rallies  held in Ekamefa Local Council Development Areas(LCDAs).

Addressing crowd of supporters, Ajibulu said the effort was to demonstrate  his genuine commitment to the progress and ideals  of the APC governorship hopeful.

The former Senatorial aspirant said “what we are doing is to mobilise the people of Ekamefa for  APC ahead of the Saturday Governorship poll .This is not the first time I am doing this .I have gone round the five Local Government areas under this Senatorial District  to seek support for my party. The significance of this is to demonstrate my genuine commitment to our party .

“I have no doubt whatsoever that our party will be victorious on Saturday, we have done well in terms of provision of dividends of democracy to our people . And we have also put forward a competent and formidable candidate. 

“The interest of our party  is paramount and should be greater than our individual’s ambition and this is what I am demonstrating here today. ” Ajibulu reiterated. 

Chief Ajibulu used the occasion to intimate the people of the communities visited about the various developmental projects executed by the APC led administration  in the area.

The APC Chieftain also donated cash gifts to wards leaders in order to intensify mobilisation. 

He,therefore, urged the people to keep faith with APC and vote for Oyebanji at the poll.

Some leaders of the APC who recieved Ajibulu commended his efforts and described him as a true party man. 

They said Ajibulu did not allow his defeat at the just concluded primaries to discourage him from supporting the party.
