I thought I knew everything about this very wonderful individual called Alh. Sani Liman Kila MFR, FIICA, pcc, 100 days ago; was relentlessly hardworking and passionately dedicated to his duties.
But when I was appointed to serve under him, I got to realize that I only knew a tip of the iceberg.
He taught me how service to the nation and humanity comes before myself.
His dedication and service to His Excellency, Governor Uba Sani and Kaduna State are just flawlessly seamless.
To all the moments of tutelage under you and many more to come, I pray that the Almighty continues to uplift, guide, guard, and protect you.
You are an enigma Sir, and surely a blessing to Kaduna State and the nation at large.
