Zamfara State All Progressives Congress (APC) has said that it received with shock, the sudden death of ots party stalwart, Professor Abdullahi Muhammed on Sunday in Abuja.
A statement signed by Yusuf Idris Gusau, APC Publicity Secretary Zamfara State and made a available to news men revealed that although his sudden death was devastating, it is with total submission to the will of Allah, who created life and death to all his creatures.
“The death of a promising Islamic scholar of international repute and academician per excellence such as Professor Shinkafi is a monumental loss to Zamfara State, APC family, and Nigeria at large.
“The State Working Committee is extending its heartfelt condolences to his immediate family, relatives and associates and pray Almighty Allah to reward his soul will Jannatul Firdausi,” it said.
It added that late Professor Abdullahi Shinkafi was a hardworking, honest and peace loving man who spent most of his life time in worshipping Allah and teaching the Muslim ummah on the right path of Allah and the teachings of noble Prophet Muhammad Sallallaahu Alaihi Wassallam.
“May Allah forgive all his short comings and grant him the exalted,” the statement prayed.
