Strongmen Storm Ikate Land For N2.6m As Rumble In Jungle Holds December 10, 11

Winner of this year’s strongest man competition tagged “Rumble in the Jungle” at Elegushi Beach, Ikate, Lagos would cart home a cash prize of two million, six hundred thousand Naira (N2.6m).

 33 strongmen and four women from different states of the federation would feature in “Rumble in the Jungle” between December 10 and 11, 2021, according to officials of the Nigeria Strongman Federation and SRHD Sports Management Limited.

 Vice President of the Nigeria Strongman Federation, Damola Daniels confirmed that huge moral and final support from Oba of Ikate Land, Saheed Elegushi, Bed Mates Ltd, Etta Atlantic Hospital, Brand Ambassadors and other sport loving groups are making the N2.6m and other consolation prizes for the top ten Athletes possible.

 Daniels said Athletes for the December 10 and 11 events would feature in power sports events like Truck Pull, Atlas Storm, Loading Races, Farmers Walk, Squash amongst others.

 He applauded Oba Saheed Elegushi and others for agreeing to sponsor the “Rumble in the Jungle” competition and make it the most unique through bigger  sponsorship money, provision of a private royal beach in Ikate Land and other products to boost athletes and strongman challenge in Nigeria.

 Police Officer Shun Ray who was the strongest man in the last edition is among the 32 men confirmed for “Rumble in the Jungle”.
