Former Interim Chairman of Kaduna North Local Government Council, Hon Usman Ibrahim known as Sardaunan Badarawa has congratulated Governor Uba Sani over Supreme Court verdict declaring him the duly elected Governor of Kaduna State.
A statement made available to newsmen on Friday, signed by Sardaunan Badarawa, lauded the decision of the apex court, stating that the judges only validated the mandate given to Governor Sani at the 2023 general polls.
He described the ruling as victory for democracy and general consensus of the people.
It would be recalled that Hon. Usman Ibrahim few weeks ago dumped People’s Democratic Party (PDP), to All Progressives Congress (APC).
In the statement, the former chieftain of PDP eulogized leadership qualities of Uba Sani whom he declared as people’s governor on a mission to uplift the socioeconomic status of the state.
He urged the opposition camp to join hands with the present administration in the interest of peace, prosperity, growth and development of Kaduna State.
The grassroots politician expressed optimism in the ability of the Kaduna State Governor to solve and overcome the protracted insecurity challenge that had bedevilled the State over years.
He called on people of the state to support the governor’s policies which he said were geared towards making life better for the masses.
