Proven leadership prowess is critical for good governance, vibrant and visionary leaders determine the kind and quality of progress results any government, institution or society gets. And so also the quality of both political and technocratic leader’s vision is what determines and produces the quality of the policies, programs, projects and interventions that will be enacted, commissioned and represented by Government at all levels.
In both public and private affairs, people are placed in positions that match their competencies, so that they are able to deliver excellently to the benefit of all. Going further, if you breed a system that does not celebrate competence, the resultant effect will be multiplying incompetence within that system.
Therefore, it is my conviction that the greatest success story of public figures, institutions and nations are predicated upon the effective placement of competent people within their systems. Herein lies the awesomeness of public competence.
Alh. Ismail Yusuf Ashafa, as a farmer, renounced entrepreneur, an exemplary political figure and philanthropist per excellence with numerous and astonishing collections of awards and titles from traditional institutions, youth and women groups, students union, trade unions among various political stakeholders, is vast across all standards with proven track record of educational background and professional expertise.
Moreover, as an Urban and regional planner, with masters in Disaster risk management and development studies and presently on his way for PhD from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. Also, his career as a Town Planning Officer, Assistant director among several Government and Non-Governmental organisation outreach, positions he has proven an exemplary leadership and humanitarian concerns..
In Sardauna Ikulu, I see a role model, patriot, Youth and women capital developer, bridge builder, peace and progress maker who’s the Youth’s future within and outside Zangon Kataf local government, southern Kaduna (Zone 3) the Kaduna state at large and Nigeria in general.
Indisputably, his contributions to the success of the APC must be applauded coupled with his transformational leadership style, noting that Sardauna’s impact continue to touch lives and ensuring a system that works effectively and efficiently irrespective of religion and ethnic or political background for the success towards achieving sustainable growth and development of our beloved Kaduna state and Nigeria at large.
It is however critical to understand that there is also the need to reward performance as essential ingredient in our democratic values by considering the cosmopolitan public figure as he remained an APC dominant financier, possessing top notch experience and strength of character to pilot the affairs of young people and humanity.
And as such, President Tinubu and Governor Uba Sani need UNIFIERS, and they will continue to bring their expertise to bear in ensuring the unity of the the state and Nigeria, as well as eliciting the necessary support for the success of the political journey especially under Governor Uba Sani’s watch.
In light of the foregoing, I am also following with keen interest stressing the fact that, as elections are over and as Kaduna anticipate the much historic moment of the new administration, the Kaduna of our dream is possible when leaders with an outstanding outlook and record of performance, uncompromised loyalty and undiluted commitment to progress are considered to represent and serve the people at strategic levels. This much Sardauna’s competences epitomized.
Concluding that the Sardauna Ikulu I am confident enough is that he will continue to support the Renewed Hope agenda of his excellency President Tinubu and the Sustain Manifesto of distinguished Sen Uba Sani’s administration as Governor Kaduna State.
therefore, the good people of Kaduna State are optimistic and confident that Sardauna Ikulu’s outstanding track record of quality service delivery in both private and public sectors, sense of humility, sincerity in nature and his youth capital development patriotism will bring more success and progress and drive in the vision of the government at the center and Kaduna state at large.
And the time for cooperative Style of leadership with enviable commitment to broad disposition to issues of socio-economic and political concerns, which should be a lot easier for the Renewed hope agenda and the Sustain Kaduna agenda to get to the milestone is NOW!.
