The Management of Sam Maris University (SMU), Supare-Akoko, Ondo State has notified the general public that candidates seeking admission into the institution can now change their choice of institution to the university on JAMB Portal.
The University’s Registrar, Mr. David Daramola, gave the indication in a statement issued on Saturday, 18th November, 2023, and made available to newsmen.
The statement reads: “Sam Maris University is pleased to announce the availability of Sam Maris University on the JAMB Portal for change of institution. As a prospective student, you can now visit the JAMB Portal, seamlessly change your choice of institution to SMU, and thereafter visit the University website at https://portal.smu.edu.ng to register for Post-UTME admission screening exercise.”
“Candidates undergoing this process must possess a minimum of five O’ level credits in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics in not more than two sittings. Such candidates must have scored 140 and above in the 2023 UTME. Choosing Sam Maris University comes with numerous advantages, including the option of payment of tuition fees in installments, thereby creating a flexible financial arrangement for candidates, their parents and guardians. SMU also offers a conducive learning environment that engenders skills development, knowledge acquisition and comprehension.”
