Rivers NIS Boss Compt James Bags Fellow Of Institute Of Corporate Administration

The Comptroller of Immigration Service Rivers State Command James Sunday, PCC has been bestowed  with the Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration at an investiture in Portharcourt, Rivers State. 

 The Fellowship was conferred on him by the Chairman of Rivers State Chapter of the Institute Eze Sam Ubi Onyeka, PhD, FCAI, who is also the Director of Administration, Ministry of Information, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. 

According to a statement by the Public Relations Officer, Nigeria Immigration Service, Rivers State Command, Nwosu Chukwu, 12 prominent Administrators, Directors of companies, university and other educational institutions, in Rivers  State were bestowed with various awards in appreciation of their individual and corporate contributions to human endeavors, businesses and educational activities at the well attended event.

A letter conveying the nomination for the conferment of Fellowship Award and signed by the Director/Chief  Learning Officer Dr Godswill C. Onyekwere, FCAI, FIIA, Fwsc of the Institute of Corporate Administration titled, “Award For Distinguished Professional Contributions To Public Services/Fellowship, reads in bit, “This is in recognition and appreciation of your dedication and commitment to service,upwardly mobile and visionary approach to administrative matters, professionalism in service and public spiritednesses.

” This offer qualifies you as a senior member of the Institute and entitles you to append the design story letters FCAI (Fellow Corporate Administration Institute) after your name.Congratulations, while wishing you many years of fruitful service to humanity.”

In his response, Comptroller James Sunday,  said, it is a reward for hard work, dedication and selflessness backed up by the spirit of excellence.

He stated that the award has spurred him to do more and more,  knowing that ” while dispensing your work people are watching and assessing you, it is good to be prudent at work”.

Comptroller James dedicated the award to God for grace,to the service for the privilege, his officers and men and family for encouragement and support always. 

The Comptroller therefore,   encouraged his officers and men to follow good mentors  in all their doing, adding that good mentorship pays.
