Following their commitment and dedicated zeal to mobilising support for the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), the Speaker of the Kaduna State House of Assembly, Rt. Honourable Yusuf Ibrahim Zailani has commended Afaka Women Support Group.
According to a statement signed by his Sepcial Adviser on Health, SDGs and NGOs, Dr Halima Sanda, dated Thursday June 23, 2022, Zailani expressed this when the Afaka Women Support Group paid him a courtesy visit.
According to the statement, the Speaker appreciated the Afaka Women Support for himself and their wonderful initiative to mobilise women and youth to canvass support for the APC ahead of the 2023 general elections.
Zailani used the opportunity in urging Nigerians to emulate same initiative, stressing that the APC remains the only party for Nigeria, in order to continue the good works the administration started from 2015 to date.
The group was received by the Special Advisers to the Speaker, Honourable Samaila Shuaibu Sabon Birni (SA Political) and Hon Kabir Zangon Aya (SA Community relations).
