Prophet John Oluwadare of Christ Redemption Bible Church, Ketu, has commended President Bola Tinubu for the bold steps taken to recover the lost destiny of Nigeria and efforts to restore the economic prosperity of the citizenry.
He made this statement during the 7 days annual prophetic conference of the church, with theme: “RESTORATION OF MORNING GLORY” , taken from the book of Jeremiah 30:7.
The clergy man stressed, that the Nigerian economy in the past has suffered great setbacks due to mismanagement and maladministration by previous leadership, thereby, exposing the country and it’s citizens to serious hardship.
“Unless the present administration corrects the endemic wrongs which have subjected our nation to international ridicule and return to God, then shall the glory of the people be restored.” he declared. The general superintendent, however, charged President Bola Tinubu to be weary of wrong counsel that could jeopardise the current economic reform, and the current state of the nation ,but advised to seek the face of the Lord in every decision. He said, although Nigerians are enduring the difficult times, ,but the leadership of the country should consider the plight of the citizens, and hasten government programmes that would help to cushion the austerity effect with human face.
He further, encouraged the president not to give up on the fight against corruption, but strengthen the agricultural sector, resuscitate the moribund industries and the refineries, and therefore, improve on human capital development.
