Police Special Fraud Unit Secures Forfeiture Of Brisk Capital Limited Boss’ 14 Landed Property

The Police Special Fraud Unit (SFU) has secured the forfeiture of landed property belonging to the MD/CEO of Brisk Capital Limited, Mr. Dominic Ngene Joshua, valued about N150,000,000.
The interim order of forfeiture was granted by  His Lordship, Hon. Justice D.E. Osiagor of the Federal High Court sitting in Lagos.
The Order followed an application on Motion Ex-Parte filed by the Police Special Fraud Unit (PSFU) in December 2021 pending the determination of criminal charges proffered against Dominic Joshua by the Unit in Charge No. FHC/L/223C/2021.
The Police Public Relations Officer of the Unit, SP Eyitayo Johnson made the disclosure in a statement made available to journalists in Lagos.
According to the statement, the property, spread across Lagos (Parkview Estate), Rivers and Cross-River states, worth over one hundred and fifty million Naira (N150,000,000.00). 
It also stated that the property are covered by Deed of Lease, Contract of Sale and other Title Deeds.
“Mr. Dominic Joshua allegedly lured victims on Social Media Platforms, newspaper publications and via handles of Social Media influencers,” it stated. 
He claimed to be a financial investor of repute and promised prospective investors of Return-On-Investment (ROI) ranging from 15 – 60 per cent”, the SFU alleged.
