Oyo State chapter of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists, (NAWOJ) on Sunday, congratulated its state Chairperson, Comrade Jadesola Ajibola on her appointment as the General Manager, Inspiration FM, 100.5 Ibadan.
The association in a congratulatory message, signed by its Secretary, Comrade Stella Oyebanji, described Comrade Jadesola Ajibola as “a committed leader, a good team player, passionate about her work and committed to development in all areas”
Oyo State NAWOJ in the statement, stressed, “Comrade Jadesola Ajibola in her service to humanity and God, truly deserves this and we wish you success in this new responsibility.
“The executive and entire members of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists, in Oyo State wishes to congratulate our amiable and hardworking Chairperson for her appointment as General Manager of one of the most outstanding stations in Ibadan”, it said.
Oyo NAWOJ added, ” For us, she is a committed leader, a good team player, passionate about her work and committed to development in all areas”
” We also use the opportunity to appreciate the Board and management for choosing a woman to head the organisation and we assure you that she would take the station to the next and best level.”
The congratulatory message reads further, “Women Journalists in Oyo state wishes to thank and appreciate Dr. Erastus Akingbola for finding a woman worthy to be at the helms of affairs in your organisation, while charging other organisation’s to emulate this step taken by the board and management of Inspiration FM.
” We assure you that she would replicate her excellent performance in your organisation and would even do more.Our Chairperson, we pray that you would continue to move up higher and greater, may God bless you always and grant you success.”
