Massive Reception For Uba Sani  As He Flags Off Construction Of Key Road In Southern Kaduna

The Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani on Saturday,   performed the groundbreaking for the construction of a feeder road from Takjey – Mayayet, Zangon Kataf LGA. 

Governor Uba Sani initiative is just one among several projects statewide, reflecting his dedicated focus on rural transformation.

Zangon Kataf is a local government area in Southern Kaduna State, its headquarters is in the town of Zonkwa.

Sons and daughters came out enmass to welcome the governor as he performs the ground breaking for the construction of feeder road.

It would be recalled that senator Uba Sani assured the state of  commitment to the progress and development of our dear state when he signed the 2024 Budget into law which  provides for a total expenditure of N458,271,299,477.66.

The governor’s initiative of bringing  development closer to the people of Kaduna State into 2024 Budget of “Rural Transformation for Inclusive Development” will bridge the gap between the rural and urban areas, revitalize  rural economies, promote social inclusion, address the gaps in infrastructure and human capital, boost agriculture and food security, and make Kaduna State safe and secure for citizens and investments. 

According to him, the reinvigorated Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS) has an important role to play in the effective implementation of the 2024 Budget. KADIRS must sustain the current momentum of our revenue generation drive. 

Uba Sani, however, called on citizens to give the state their full support and cooperation as he commences the implementation of the 2024 Budget. 

He noted that, “we are determined to lead our people to a brighter future, we shall succeed because the people of Kaduna State are resourceful and resilient”.
