Governor Aminu Bello Masari of Katsina State has expressed satisfaction with the ongoing construction of the new General Hospital in Kafur town of Kafur local government area of the state.
Speaking when he paid a visit to the site of the project, Governor Bello Masari described the progress of the work as “commendable.”
A statement from the office of the Director General New Media to the Governor, Malam Al – Amin Isah said Governor Masari was conducted around the construction site by the project consultant and the contractor Engineer Muntari Sagir.
The contractor, according to Malam Isah briefed Governor Aminu Masari on the level of work and sections of the hospital as contained in the building plan.
He said the hospital had all the sections required for a standard general hospital, in addition to a residential quarter for one doctor and other medical personnel.
Governor Aminu Masari who appreciated the quality of the work also urged the contractor to adhere to specifications and speed up to ensure the timely completion of the project, Malam Al – Amin Isah explained.
He disclosed that, Kafur Local Government Council Chairman, Alhaji Garba Abdullahi Kanya, and the District head of Mahuta Alhaji Bello Abdulkadir were at the site of the project to welcome the state Governor, Alhaji Aminu Bello Masari.
