Katsina State Governor, Alhaji Aminu Bello Masari has finally commissioned 80 beds capacity for an in-patient therapeutic feeding center.
The center was also provided with 30 beds Intensive Care Unit-ICU.
The governor performed the commissioning ceremony at the Dr. Yusha’u Armaya’u Maternal and Pediatric Health facility, Kofar Sauri Katsina.
The facilities were provided by Medicines Sans Frontiers (MSF).
Medicines San frontiers is a non-governmental organization which supports less privileged nursing mothers to fight against malnutrition among children in the state.
The effort according to Governor Aminu Bello Masari would complement the government’s commitment in enhancing healthcare service delivery among the people of the state.
