Kebbi  To Adopt Delhi Model Of Govt Schools, Partners  India On Educational Development

Kebbi State Government of Nigeria is to collaborate with Delhi Model of Government Schools in India towards improving it’s primary and secondary schools in the state. 

The leaders of Kebbi State delegation to Delhi, Model of Government Schools in India, the Commissioner Ministry of Basic Education, Alhaji Hassan Mohammed Shallah and the Chairman of State Universal Basic Education Board, Professor Sulaiman Khalid stated this during an educational tour in India.

Receiving them, Honourable Minister of Education Delhi State, Government of NCT of Delhi, India Ms. Atishi Marlena, assured the delegation from Kebbi State, Nigeria, that he would send a professional team of delegation to guide the education board on how to upgrade their system of education in their state like Delhi Model Of Government Schools India.

The Education Minister Ms. Atishi Marlena, also inform the delegation that he was ready to received teachers from Kebbi to Delhi to be trained by the best professionals on how best to teach in their schools.

Earlier, the Chairman of State Univesal Basic Education Board, Professor Sulaiman Khalid, informed the Indian Minister of Education, that the tour is targetted on how to improve their basic education, policies and management of drop out and out of school children.

He said Kebbi State Government would be happy to be part of the popular and unique government school model in Delhi, India,  the schools that are well recognised worldwide.

The visit of the delegation was organised by the African Icon Award winner, Dr. Mehboob Khan of Al-Sadal Services PVT Limited and Alhaji Mohammad Jazuli of Zumunchi Group from Nigeria

The delegation was handled by the Managing Director Al-Sadal Group Sahil Khan and his associate.

The Delhi Model of Government Schools are popular in Africa, America, Australia, Canada in order to adopt the new method of teaching and learning.

The delegation was welcomed by India’s famous traditional ceremony, called PAGDI welcome, by Haji Usman, Eng. mehmood Khan, Hafiji Siraj, Arshad Hussain Adbar, Haider Mujeeb etc.

Honorable Commissioner and Chairman was honored with Momento by Dr Ashish Chaudhry, Chairman of Akash Group, India.
