The Governor of Kebbi State and chairman of the Progressives Governor’s Forum, Abubakar Atiku Bagudu on Wednesday led a delegation from Kebbi State to condole government and people of Kaduna State over the Monday train attack.
Governor Bagudu was received by the Deputy Governor of Kaduna State, Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe in her office.
Bagudu expressed sadness over the security situation.
He said, “the delegation was in Kaduna to condole and sympathise with the state over the sad situation”.
Receiving them on behalf of Governor Nasir el-Rufai, Dr. Hadiza Balarabe expressed gratitude to the delegation for sharing the grief of the government and people of Kaduna State, saying, “the visit is a moral booster for us”.
In the delegation were former governors of Kebbi State, Muhammad Adamu Aleiro, Usman Saidu Nasamu Dakingari and a former Governor of Zamfara State, Ahmed Sani, Yariman Bakura, among other dignitaries.
