Katsîna Governor Names Bawale New Head Of Service

Governor Dikko Umaru Radda of Katsina State has approved the appointment of Alhaji Falalu Bawale as new Head of Civil Service of the State.

Alhaji Bawale took over from Alhaji Usman Isyaku who retired after attaining 35 years in service.

Until his new appointment, Alhaji Falalu Bawale was a Permanent Secretary in the Office of the Katsina State Head of Service. 

Governor Dikko Radda in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Ibrahim Kaula Mohammed also approved the appointment of the former Head of Service, Alhaji Usman Isyaku as his Special Adviser on Public  Sector Administration Reforms.

 Governor Radda “congratulated the new Head of Service, Alhaji Falalu Bawale on his appointment and urged him to bring to bear his cognate experience in his new assignment.”

Governor Dikko Umaru Radda also thanked the outgoing Head of Service, Alhaji Usman Isyaku for his contributions and “wished him well in his new position.”

 Born on August 15, 1966 at Yar’adua Quarters in Katsina Metropolis, the new head of the Katsina state Civil Service, Alhaji Falalu Bawale was a 1990 Graduate of Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria where he obtained a Bachelor of Education (Languages Art) Degree.

Alhaji Falalu was later bagged a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic, Katsina in 2002.

He proceeded to Bayero University Kano (BUK) in 2005 and obtained a Masters Degree in Pubic Policy and Administration.

 Alhaji Falalu Bawale is a widely traveled gentleman, who has attended several workshops, seminars and conferences across the globe.
