*Wins Presidential, Senatorial polls in LGA

Engr. Suleiman Yahaya Richifa of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has been declared the winner of the Soba Federal Constituency election into the House of Representatives with 21,516 Votes.
Declaring the results, the returning officer of the election. Dr. Laminu Shatima Kuburi said, ” having satisfied with the results and the requirement of the law, the PDP candidate scored 21,516 Votes, APC 19,432 votes, PRP 4,978 Votes, NNPP 1115 votes, LP 163 votes, AD 69 votes and SDP 21 votes.
The winner Engr. Suleiman Yahaya Richifa is the sitting Local Government Council Chairman of Soba.
Dr. Laminu Shattima Kuburi said, the PDP candidate having scored the highest votes and meet the requirements of the law, is hereby declared the winner and returned elected.
PDP also won the Presidential and Senatorial elections in the the local government.
