The Commissioner of Police Kaduna State Command, CP Y.A Ayoku psc(+), mni, has on Tuesday October 25, 2022, decorated five newly promoted senior Police officers with their new ranks.
According to a statement signed by the Police Public Relations Officer, (PPRO), DSP Muhammed Jalige, made available same day, the event was held at the Police Officers Mess in Kaduna and had other top management team in attendance.
Those decorated where three Deputy Commissioners of Police (DCPs), and two Assistant Commissioners of Police (ACPs).
The DCPs were promoted from their former ranks, ACPs, while the ACPs were elevated from Chief Superintendents of Police (CSPs).
CP Ayoku in his remarks, charged the officers to take their promotion as a call to greater service.
“I urge you to see your new ranks as a patriotic call for more professionalism and delivering of your responsibilities diligently, ” CP Ayoku said, while congratulating them.
Those who were decorated are, DCP Shuibu Sani, DCP Mustapha Abubakar Argungu and DCP Sirajo Mohammed Fana from the ranks of ACP.
Others are ACP Bashir Sani and ACP Suleiman Yaro from the ranks of CSP.
