Kaduna APC Guber Primaries: Court Adjourns Sitting In Shaaban’s Suit Challenging Outcome

A Federal High Court sitting in Kaduna has again adjourned

till August 18, 2022, the case filed by Hon. Sani Sha’aban, challenging the outcome of the All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial primary elections in Kaduna State, which produced Senator Uba Sani as the flag bearer of the party.

Speaking to newsmen after the court sitting, counsels to Hon. Sani

Sha’aban, Barrister John Mshelia and Senator Uba Sani, Barrister

Sunusi Musa, said the matter was adjourned because the presiding

judge, Justice M.G Umar was absent.

It would be recalled that one of lhe APC gubernatorial aspirants, Hon. Sani Sha’aban filed a case against the Independent National Electoral

Commission (INEC), the All Progressives Congress and the Senator representing Kaduna Central, Senator Uba Sani, alleging injustice and foul play in the primary elections.
