Governor Bagudu Signs N151.2bn 2018 Kebbi Budget

Kebbi State Governor, Abubakar Atiku Bagudu on Thursday signed the appropriation bill for 2018 submitted by Assembly in to law.
Bagudu while the signing the bill at a briefed Ceremony held at Government house in Birnin Kebbi said the estimates  stand at one hundred and fifty one point two billion Naira  as earlier submitted by government to the house of assembly.
He thanked the house for passing the bill in time and assured that all contracts and others expenses of government will be strictly according to lines of expenditure contained in the budget.
He also drawn the attention of the assembly members on over-side function saying such could awaken government on what it is doing.
According to Bagudu, this year’s estimate will only focuse on transformation agenda of the present APC led administration in the state.
He called on the people of Kebbi to remain calm and disregard of any information or speculation which the opposition PDP is transmitting but, to distract the attention of what the government is doing to its people.
Speaker of the state assembly, Abdulmumini Kamba while submitting the bill for accent told the governor that the house work it out to ensure the bill pass in time so that government will continue the good work it has been doing to the people of the state.
