Plateau State Governor, Barr. Caleb Mutfwang, has promised to carry all citizens of the state along, irrespective of tribe, religious or political affiliations.

Mutfwang stated this when he received a delegation of an Igbo group, Ezi Nwanne Social Club of Nigeria, in Jos on Friday.

He also promised that his administration will be responsible for the wellbeing of all.

Represented by the Deputy Governor, Mrs Josephine Piyo, the governor said that his government is building a Plateau that would be envy of all Nigerians.

He thanked the Igbos residing in the state for their contribution to the economic growth and peace process in the state.

Mutfwang stated that government would provide a favourable and conducive environment for their businesses to thrive as it greatly impacts on the economy of the state.

Earlier, leader of the delegation, Mr Obinna Okonkwo, assured the government of their maximum support and assured that other Igbo associations on the Plateau are law abiding.

Disturbed by the killings in some part of the state, the group called on government to revive the state security outfit, the Operation Rambo as it is obtainable in other states, to tackle the endless cycle of killings in local communities.
