Global Realtors Connect, a real estate consultants community network powered by Paradise Investment Network Cooperative (PINCOOP) has incentivised and equipped over 2,000 realtors with professional training and knowledge of the industry.
At the second edition training event of the Global Realtors Connect in Oriental Hotel Victoria Island Lagos which brought together experts in different fields of the real estate industry, thousands of participants were enlightened about the latest industry trends and the processes of selling and attracting investors.
According to PINCOOP and Global Realtors Connect founder, Christy Kanu, the Global Realtors Connect is gradually growing bringing to fruition the objectives of the initiative which was established earlier in 2023.
“In just the second edition of Global Realtors Connect training event “Realtor’s Guru breakfast meeting, we can confidently say the community is expanding as many more people are freely benefitting from our expert training initiative on all things real estate. We have designed a curriculum to create a community of real estate professionals who are being trained to acquire relevant knowledge and expertise of the industry where they will be exposed to various opportunities in the real estate sector and also real estate products with great commissions, incentives and perks to begin their real estate marketing journey” Christy explained.
She said that, “Global Realtors Connect is still working on its vision of becoming the largest realtors and realestate marketers network in Africa in the next five years with members open to several opportunities including, direct property sales, mouthwatering commission plans, bonuses and incentives, all-expenses-paid overseas familiarization trips and standard referral tree programme amongst others.”
Specifically, at the second realtors training breakfast event of the Global Realtors Connect, over 2,000 persons participated cutting across different fields of the real estate industry including professionals, consultants, beginners and enthusiasts both in-person and virtually.
Participants at the second edition of the Global Realtors Connect programme expressed their excitement at the programme, promising to put into practice what was learnt to result in more sales closures.
