Faith Academy Athletes Dominate Kaduna’s Team For 2021 NYG

Faith Academy  Kaduna Students-Athletes dominate Kaduna State Athletics Team for the 6th National Youth Games (NYG) holding at Unilorin Kwara State.
The Bishop Oyedepo owned school now situated at Living Faith Church Faith Avenue, Barnawa Kaduna, will be featuring a total of eight  student-athletes to represent Kaduna State at the 6th National Youth Games scheduled to hold from 10th to 20th of October at the University of Ilorin Sports Complex, Kwara State.
The students are; Jeremiah Abashe (Long Jump), Paul Emmanuel Ezra (High Jump), Daniel Emenike (shot-put) and Peace Lekwot (long Jump and High Jump).
Others are Leticia Maroa (Chess),  Balami David (Scrabble) Grace Matur (Scrabble) and Faith Dania (Scrabble).
It would be recalled that Faith Academy Kaduna has been producing athletes to represent Kaduna State since 2016.
In 2016, (4), 2017 (6),  2018 (6)2019 (8) and 2021 (8).
The school has also helped the North West Zone to win two gold medals  at the National Principal’s Cup FCT, Abuja in March 2021.
Peace Lekwot won gold in the high jump and silver in the long jump, while Jeremiah Abashe who will also be featuring at the Youth Games, won the long jump gold for North West Zone.
The state has made adequate arrangements for the welfare and the security of the whole contingent during the aforementioned event.
The state will be featuring in 35 differents sports.
