Beneficiaries of 10,000 Naira handed to over 100 female members of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Badarawa / Malali Ward by the party’s Women Leader in Kaduna State, Hajiya Maryam Suleiman have lauded the grassroots politician, saying the kind gesture will go a long way in cushioning the effect of hard times experienced across the country.

The sharing of cash  by the Women Leader of the ruling party in the state,  was conducted on Monday, August 16, 2022 at Badarawa / Malali Ward.

While giving out the cash gift to women members of APC, the grassroots politician harped on the need to remember the female folks whom she described as the most vulnerable and at the receiving end of hard times.

She went further to explain that first batch of 100 women were selected as beneficiaries for easy crowd management, adding that subsequent batches  would follow soon until a large segment of the less privileged would have been covered.

She added that, ” the governor of Kaduna State is my source of inspiration to give to women and children who are unarguably the most vulnerable in our midst and we will continue doing so even outside public office”.

She reiterated the resolve of Government of the state under the administration of Malam Nasiru El-Rufai to continue its drive towards economic development so the masses could feel positive impacts of governance.

Aisha Zakari, a beneficiary from Malali commended the kind gesture of Hajiya MaiRusau, saying she had been a pillar of support to women in the ward in kind and material items.

She prayed for God’s favour and grace for Hajiya Suleiman to continue in her quest to lift women out of poverty.

Another Beneficiary from Badarawa who simply identified herself as Turai Isa recounted how the Women leader had rescued her several times from one financial problem and another, saying the party in the state was lucky and fortunate to have such a leader with interest of people at heart.

Zainab Musa, a beneficiary from Malali could not contain the tears of joy, flowing freely down her chicks as she heaped praises on Hajiya Suleiman for including her in beneficiaries of the 10 thousand naira gift, adding that it would endear APC in the hearts of many in the state.

Fatima Abubakar, a beneficiary also,  harped on emulating and  sustaining the legacy of giving to women no matter how little it may be as done  by Hajiya Suleiman.

” This should be carried on even beyond the tenure of Mairusau by whoever will succeed her in office.

” If it’s sustained, I believe it will go a long way in alleviating the effect of economic bottleneck experienced by families,” she perched.
