His Highness, the Emir of Zazzau, Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli has elevated Barrister Ishaq Bello from the title of Wakilin Yarbawan Zazzau to Sarkin Yarbawan Zazzau with effect from Monday, November 1, 2021.
A statement issued by the Media and Publicity Officer, Zazzau Emirate Abdullahi Aliyu Kwarbai and made available to newsmen in Zaria said the council approved his elevation and the disowning of Alhaji Isiaka Suleiman Ajibaye as the leader of Yoruba communities in Kaduna.
This is in recognition of Barrister Ishaq Bello’s loyality, dedication, commitment to his assigned duties and his contribution to the development of Zazzau Emirate and Kaduna State.
Similarly, the Zazzau Emirate Council disassociated itself from the recent turbaning of Alhaji Isiaka Suleiman Ajibaye (ASALAYE) as the Head of Yoruba Oba Council, Kaduna and called on general public especially the Yoruba communities not to recognise him as their leader.
The statement further warned that anyone who associates with him does so at his own risk.
