Emir Of Zazzau Calls For Establishment Of Examinations Centres In Secondary Schools

The Chairman Kaduna State Council of Chiefs and the Emir of Zazzau, Mal Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli has called on examination bodies to establish  more exam centres in secondary schools across the state.
He made the call during the 30th anniversary celebration of Government Girls Secondary School Pada, Zaria.
Mal Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli said the proximity of  centres would help the students to pay more attention during the examinations.
The Emir charged stakeholders in the education sector to intensify  efforts towards improving education at the post primary levels.
He also charged parents to encourage their children, especially girls to study science subjects to become more useful to the society
Earlier in his remarks, the Chairman State Base Management Committee (SBMC), Malam Bashir Abubakar Magaji called for the provision of laboratory equipment and other basic things in the school.
Malam Bashir Abubakar Magaji expressed confidence that the emir would come to their aid to achieve the desired objectives.
Speaking also, Professor Aisha Mamman from Haematology Department of the Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital, Zaria, advised female students to concentrate on their studies and to be good ambassadors of their school and society.
