The Central Working Committee (CWC) of Jama’atul Nasarul Islam Kaduna State Chapter has been inuagurated.
Inuagurating the committee in his palace, the Emir of Zazzau, Malam Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli charged members to work towards reviving the activities of the association and maintain their historical reputation.
Emir Bamalli noted that Jama’atu Nasarul Islam, the umbrella of all religious organization and urged the central working committee to work hard in propagating Islam and humanitarian development.
He said the selection of the central working committee is based on competency and experience as well as the reputation of the members .
The monarch charged them to use their wealth of experience to move the Jama’atu Nasarul Islam forward.
Malam Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli said the emirate council remains committed to working with the Jama’atu Nasarul Islam to face global challenges.
Earlier, the Chairman Jama’atu Nasrul Islam Kaduna State Chapter, Professor Muhammad Shafi’u Abdullahi, the Wakilin Makaranta Zazzau, said the central working committee consists of 17 members.
Professor Shafiu Abdullahi said since the formation of Jama’atul Nasrul Islam during Sir, Ahmadu Bello the Sardauna of Sokoto, the association has contributed towards the development of Northern region and its socio economic development.
He solicited for the support and cooperation of all religious organizations and Muslim ummah in order to achieve positive development.
Da’awa ,Zakka and publicity is among the key mandates of the committee of Jamaatu Nasrul Islam Kaduna State Chapter.
The committee members are chief imams of Sultan Bello Mosque, Sheikh Haliru Maraya Kaduna and Zonal Director Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria Kaduna Zonal Station, Alhaji Buhari Awalu among others.
