In pedigree as in political trajectory, in politics as in personal and family life, Malam Nasir Ahmad el-Rufa’i is truly a man of all season.
In retrospect, those who were opportune to know Malam Nasir el-Rufa’i are also well equipped and aware of his temerity, audacity and sagacity of delivery of the right power punch where ever they are necessary in order to achieve the policy mandate of his document or manifesto.
Historically, best on analysis the likes of Malam Nasir el-Rufa’i because of their rareness are only seen or discovered once in political century.
As it were, in Northern Nigeria today, progressive politicians, strategic thinkers, youth associations and the fourth estate of the realm are filled with righteous jubilations for the nomination of Malam Nasir el-Rufa’i as Minister.
Malam has come, he has seen and he has conquered, and by all indication he is going to leave his foot prints on the sand of time and his name will be mentioned in the books of history yet to be written.
Respectfully, the people of Nigeria knowing the words of Malam Nasir Ahmad el-Rufa’i salute the courage, wisdom and foresight of President Bola Ahmad Tinubu for convincing Malam to come to serve in his government in order to rescue the masses from the existential socio- economic and political threats to our nation.
