He directed the committee chaired by the Attorney General, Barr. Cletus Ofoke to review the bill and bring report in the next executive meeting.
“EXCO received a proposed bill for Law to establish Public Complaints Commission in the state and directed the committee chaired by the Honourable Attorney General, to review the bill and bring report in the next EXCO meeting.”

It would be recalled that On October 16, 1975, the federal government of Nigeria created a Public Complaints Commission (PCC) with powers to control administrative excesses (non- adherence to procedures or abuse of law).
Not too many persons in Nigeria are aware of the over 44 years old federal government agency. By the way, the PCC has offices across all states in Nigeria and even in local government areas and wards in Nigeria.
