The new Director of National Orientation Agency (NOA) in Oyo State, Mr. Odedokun  Kayode on Saturday, asked  Nigerians to have  attitudinal re- orientation and patronize  Nigerian home made goods.
Mr Odedokun in his maiden  speech to felicitate with Nigerians  on Easter celebration,  said doing this will serve as a pathway to  Nigeria’s progress and economic viability and stability.
In the message made available by the Head of Media of the agency, Alhaji Isiaka-Adeniyi, the NOA Director, Mr. Odedokun admonished  Nigerians not to be distracted  by the  realities on ground.
Emphasising the need for moderate celebrations and prayers for the country to tide over the challenges besetting it, Mr Odedokun urged Nigerians to patronize  Nigerian home made goods towards ensuring reduction in capital flight  and bringing down unemployment in the country.
The director emphasised that, “governments at all levels cannot solve the challenges alone, saying Nigerians should join hands  to save the country’s ship from  hurtling down the rapids.
” If it swamps we  have no other country to call our  own, everyone must rise up  and partake in the  revolution of the mind, which is the seed of all revolutions as good people of a great country.”
The NOA Director then urged  the people not to lag behind in their moral services to the nation particularly patronizing home made goods.
Mr. Odedokun while rejoicing with the Christians and non Christians alike on this year’s Easter  celebrations , said, ” I extend my seasonal greetings  and  warm regards to the state’s governor and all members of his cabinet, the Alaafin of Oyo, the imperial majesty, Olubadan of Ibadanland and all the traditional council members in the state, community heads and all the people of Oyo State.”
He wished all a happy Easter celebration.
