One of the bigwig politicians in Kano State, Dr. Saleh Musa Wailare has expressed optimism that the newly elected New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) government would work selflessly towards the progress of Kano State.
He expressed this while fielding questions from newsmen in Kano, adding that Engineer Abba Kabir Yusuf will lead the state with his political and professional experience to bring progress to the education, economic and infrastructural areas.
Dr. Wailare reiterated that, “I am happy to reveal that his Excellency, Engineer Abba Kabir Yusuf would develop Kano State in every sector based on his experience.
“He knows most of our problems and from what is being expected, his government under the New Nigeria People’s Party has come to deliver,” he stressed.
Dr. Wailare who was the candidate for the House of representatives under the platform of the people’s Democratic Party (PDP) from Dambatta/Makoda Federal Constituency in the February 25 Election, assures that democracy is now getting more recognition in Nigeria.
He therefore, called on the people of the state to support the new dawn.
