The District Head of Kufana, Chief Titus Dauda was on Wednesday, honoured by the Zonal Commanding Officer, Zone 1, Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), ACM Godwin O. Omiko at the zonal headquarters.
Speaking earlier, the Zonal Coordinator, Special Marshal Prince Ade while speaking, said the meeting was to honour the recipient following his contributions and dedication to the growth and development of the Federal Road Safety Corps.
He said Chief Titus has over the past nine years, contributed financially to the general development of their activities within Kaduna State and beyond.
He revealed that the meeting was earlier slated for Katsina, but due to some reasons and commitment, the recipient wasn’t able to attend.
He therefore, agreed to be awarded at the zonal office.
In his acceptance speech, Chief Titus Dauda gave glory to God and said the award will spur him to doing more.
He appreciated the leadership of the FRSC for the honour given to him.
Mr Titus Dauda is the present District Head of Kufana in Kajuru LGA, he retired after 35 years of meritorious service and has contributed to the general development of his community in particular and the nation at large.
He is a man with a humane heart.
