CP Ayoku Embarks On Familiarization Visit To HQ 1 Div Nigerian Army, Air Force Base Kaduna

The Commissioner of Police Kaduna Command CP Yekini A. Ayoku psc(+), mni has embarked on a familiarization visit to military formations in the state capital on Tuesday May 17, 2022.

A statement signed by the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), ASP Muhammed Jalige, made available to newsmen, said that his visit commenced at the headquarters 1 Division Nigerian Army, where he was warmly received by the General Officer Commanding 1 Division, Major General K.I. Mukhtar DSS psc fdc MCPS NAPH.

While at 1 Div, CP Ayoku informed his host that his visit was to acquaint himself with the Officers and men of the pioneer Division and to equally appreciate them for their enduring interagency collaboration and synergy thus, enjoyed.

He pledged the commitment of the Nigeria Police Force in fostering a more cordial relationship with all security agencies especially the military.

The GOC on his part, assured the CP of the Army’s steadfast in civil aid and support to the Police in internal security.

CP Ayoku also visited the Nigerian Air Force Base 453 Base Services Group, where he was received by Air Commodore A.A. Adedoyin Dss, psc, fdc, MA, CIPM, the Commanding Officer of the said group.

At 453 Base Services, he praised the NIgerian Air Force for its role in providing air cover to ground troops, leading to successful routing of insurgents and bandits.

The Commanding Officer of 453 Base while appreciating the CP’s visit, said the Air force will continue to provide air surveillance and reconnaissance across mapped area of security interest.

CP Ayoku after the visits, assured members of the public that by this synergy consolidated, their safety and security will further be guaranteed.

The CP was accompanied on both visits by Deputy Commissioner of Police State CID Dcp Usman Kampani Jibrin , Commanding Officer 1 Police Mobile Force Acp Mike Onu, OC State Intelligence Bureau (SIB) Csp Magaji Mohammed Kabomo, Command Patrol and Guard Officer Csp Abdulaziz Isa.
