The Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello has terminated the appointment of the state Commissioner for Agriculture, Hon. David Apeh.

Equally, two other appointees; the Special Adviser to the Governor on Emergency Management, Danladi Isah Yunusa, and Hajia Maryam Salifu, Part-time Chairman, Kogi State Hotels and Tourism Board, have suffered the same fate.

The Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Dr. Folashade Arike Ayoade, announced the sack of the appointees in a statement she issued in Lokoja on Tuesday.

The state scribe attributed their sack order by  Governor Bello for she described as gross misconduct.

She however, did not give details of their alleged misconduct, though rumours filtered that the Governor was poised to re shuffle the cabinet in view of alleged anti party activities by government officials during the last general elections.ends.
