Billionaire Mangal’s Mother Dies At 85

Hajiya Murjanatu Bara’u Mangal, mother of the Katsina based business mogul and Chairman Chief Executive of Max Air, Alhaji Dahiru Bara’u Mangal is dead. 

Aged 85, Hajiya Murja Bara’u Mangal died after a brief illness in   the early hours of Friday, January 21, 2022 in her residence located at Kerau Quarters in Katsina Metropolis. 

Late Hajiya Murja Bara’u Mangal was buried at Danmarna Cemetery around 3:28 pm.  Prior to that, a burial prayers was conducted at a site popularly known as (“Filin ATC”)  opposite to  Residence of Alhaji Dahiru Bara’u Mangal in Katsina metropolis with an attendance of Governors of Katsina, Kebbi, Nasarawa, members of Katsina state executive council, members of the state and National Assembly as well as hundreds of sympathizers/ mourners.   

Others at the burial prayers included:- Emirs of Katsina, Alhaji Abdulmumini Kabir Usman and Daura, Alhaji Farouk Umar Farouk, former Governors of Kano and Kebbi states, Alhaji Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso and Senator Adamu Alero as well as  business Communities within and outside the country including a high powered delegation from Government and People of Niger Republic headed by the Governor of Maradi State, Alhaji Zakari Umaru. 

 Hajiya Murja Bara’u Mangal is survive by two children,  many grand and great grand children.

The two children are Chairman Max Air and AFDIN Construction Company, Alhaji Dahiru Bara’u Mangal and Alhaji Bishir Mangal the Executive Director Max Air.
