Following the suspension of the strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities, Benue State University Branch (ASUU-BSU), the Vice-Chancellor, Prof Tor Joe Iorapuu has approved the resumption full academic activities in the school.
The students are directed to return to school with effect from Wednesday March 13, 2024 according to a circular from the office the registrar.
The statement which was signed by the Registrar, Mrs. Mfaga Modom said that academic activities resumed on Thursday, March 14, 2024.
She disclosed that the Second Semester Examinations will commence on Wednesday March 20, 2024 and end on Wednesday April 17, 2024.
The students she said, are directed to pay their outstanding user charges before the commencement of the second semester examinations as only students who have paid their user charges will be allowed to write the examinations.
“Students are therefore, requested to resume immediately and prepare for the second semester examinations”. It said.
