The All Progressives Congress (APC) has approved the registration of APC-IG as one of the party's support groups that would work towards the development of the party and its victory in the forthcoming 2023 general elections.
In a letter signed and issued to the national president of the initiative, Hon. Musa Mohammed Token by the party's director of administration Alhaji Abubakar Suleiman, APC approved to work hand-in-hand with APC Initiative For Good Governance to facilitate continuity of the ruling party.
The letter read, "We write to inform you that the National Chairman of our great party, his Excellency Governor Mai Mala Buni has approved the registration of your initiative as our support group and you are to ensure that APC-IG works in synergy of the party's activities".
Speaking to our correspondent shortly after receiving the approval letter, the national president, Hon. Musa Mohammed Tsoken described the development as encouraging.
"We are trying our best to see that our great party, the All Progressives Congress remains victorious at all levels during the 2023 general elections in order to ensure continuity," he stressed.
