*says APC a party of deceit

The Deputy Governorship Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in Delta State, Rt. Hon. Friday Ossai Osanebi has been accused of being an incompetent legislator, who could not represent his constituency, Ndokwa East very well in the State House of Assembly.
Making the accusation was one of the leaders of the APC in the Local Government Area, Mr. Henry Umechi who led other members to move to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), when the state campaign train visited the local government area on Friday December 30, 2022.
Mr. Umechi, while addressing the mammoth crowd of PDP members and supporters in Aboh, said the APC is a party filled with deceit and a party of darkness as nothing good comes from it.
He stated that the worst of it is that in Ndokwa East, they are being represented by a man who does not feel the pulse of the local government area, and as a result, he failed to attract any meaningful development to the area.
“My people the APC is a party of deceit and as a result, it has caused pain to many, leading the country into darkness. The party represents darkness, and my group and I have decided to come out from darkness and deceit, to light, which the PDP represents.”
“The man who today is running as a Deputy Governorship candidate of the APC, has been the representative of this area going to twelve years, but there is no evidence of his representation in the area. All he does at the Hallowed Chambers is to consistently press his phones, while his colleagues are busy engaging in the business they were elected to do.”
He called on the electorate in Ndokwa East not to cast their votes for the APC, as they will plunge the country into more darkness if they do so.
Receiving the decampees, the State Chairman of the PDP, Barr. Kingsley Esiso, urged them to go and preach the good news to more of their followers and family members, that the Atiku Abubakar/Ifeanyi Okowa ticket is ready to rescue and reset Nigeria.
Speaking further, the Chairman appreciated the people of Ndokwa East for their massive mobilization for the rally, and charged them to do the same during the elections by translating such mobilization to victory for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
