The Kaduna State Coordinator, All Progressive Democrats Movement, Comrade Halimat F.O. Abubakar has congratulated Kaduna State Governor-elect, Senator Uba Sani and his deputy, Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe for winning the just concluded governorship election in the state.
This was contained in a statement signed by the State Coordinator and made available to New Nigerian on Thursday.
The coordinator said that, she was happy upon hearing the good news of the well deserved victory of Sen. Uba Sani.
She said that she was not surprised by his victory, considering his track records and antecedents as a sagacious politician, lawmaker and master of the art of governance and politics.
Also, the movement congratulated Hon. Jamil Abubakar Albany and Hon. Nasiru Idris for winning Basawa and Sabon Gari Constituency into the State Assembly respectively.
“I commend the good people of Kaduna State for entrusting Sen. Uba Sani to lead the state and I am very sure they won’t regret it”. She said.
The movement appreciated members of the All Progressive Democrats, the good people of Basawa Constituency and Kaduna people at large for their overwhelming support.
“The movement will share common patriotic and developmental vision on how to bring development, prosperity and unity in the states and the Country at large.” She said.
Comrade Halimat attributed the political ascendancy and victory of Sen. Uba Sani to his loyalty, patriotism and godliness.
She prayed that Almighty Allah guides and protects him, while hoping that the governor-elect will build on the legacies of his boss and leader, Governor Nasir el-Rufa’i to move Kaduna State to greater and envious heights.
