The Delta State Governor, Rt.Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori has approved financial assistance to all students of Delta State origin in the seven Nigeria Law Schools across the country.
The Executive Secretary of the Delta State Bursary and Scholarship Board, Dr. Godfrey Enita made this disclosure in a statement in Asaba, the State Capital on Friday.

According to Dr. Enita, “We are pleased to inform the general public, especially the people of Delta State, that His Excellency, the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff F. Oborevwori, has generously approved financial assistance for Delta State indigenes in the seven Nigeria Law Schools across the country for the year 2022/2023”.
Though the amount per student is not stated it is however a welcome development capable of boosting the morale of the beneficiaries in these very difficult times and economic hardship facing all Nigerian parents.
“It is important to note that this significant approval aligns with His Excellency’s MORE agenda, which aims to further the existing human and infrastructural development of the people of Delta State, Enita emphasized.
“There is no doubt that Governor Oborevwori is not only dedicated to providing quality governance to the people of Delta State, but he has also demonstrated this commitment through his actions by investing in human capital development that directly improves the lives of Deltans”.
Dr. Enita added that Governor Oborevwori is working and the people of Delta State are pleased and happy with his administration.
