Governor Tanko Almakura of Nasarawa State has been applauded for embarking on rural projects across the state.
The overseer of Panda Development Area of Karu Local Government Council of Nasarawa State, James Dantoro Yaki, stated this while briefing journalists on the current construction of culverts and bridges in the state.
He said the singular gesture would go along way to alleviate the suffering of the rural dwellers.
“I commend the governor especially Panda community for the gesture extended to us. I am happy with the ongoing construction of culverts and bridges in our communities by the governor.
“The governor has proved to us that he cares for everybody in the state. Both Urban and Rural dwellers are reaping the dividends of democracy,” he said.
