Chairman Senate Committee on Electoral Matters, Senator Sharafadeen Alli on Sunday, advocated collectivism, dedication, and perseverance in overcoming the challenges facing Nigeria
The Senator representing Oyo South Senatorial District Senator Sarafadeen Alli made the call in his New year message to Nigerians by his Special Adviser on Media, Mr Akeem Abas.
He maintained that in doing this, Nigerians should be hopeful for a brighter future towards achieving the goals of a prosperous nation.
Senator Alli who expressed optimism and hope for a year filled with progress and development, said despite the economic hardships, security concerns, and social issues plaguing the country, Nigerians should remain steadfast and resilient in the face of adversity.
Emphasizing the importance of unity, Senator Alli urged Nigerians to embrace love, understanding, and tolerance regardless of ethnic, religious or political differences.
He maintained further that Nigerians should, remain hopeful as they strive for a brighter future, saying, ” we are laying the foundations of a brighter future”.
Senator Alli while assuring his constituents of his unwavering commitment to their welfare and progress,pledged to work tirelessly towards attracting developmental projects that would be impactful and meaningful to their lives.
He Senator Alli also reiterated his determination to effectively represent their interests at the National Assembly, responsive to their yearnings, and ensure that their voices are heard and their needs prioritised.
