*Promises 350,000 votes

The Arewa Community in Oyo State has endorsed the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential candidate Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as their candidate for the February 25 Presidential polls.
Also, the Arewa Community endorsed the APC governorship candidate, Senator Teslim Folarin as their candidate for the March 11 governorship election.
Addressing the Arewa Community leaders, the APC governorship candidate, Senator Folarin said a vote for APC is a vote for national unity,.
Senator Folarin emphasized that APC believes in national unity in the interest of stability of Nigeria and that the North have a major role to play if Nigeria wants to remain united due to their population compare to the South.
The APC governorship candidate said the party will run an inclusive government if elected as the governor of the state and that Arewa would play a big role in his government.
” You will not regret, we will recognize you as true Nigeria, you have to reflect true Nigeria in whatever you do, you will have a strong voice in my administration,” he said.
The APC governorship candidate however commended the APC Northern governors for insisting that power must shift to the south for the unity and stability of Nigeria
Chairman of Arewa Community in Oyo state, Honourable Bashir Maiborno said Asiwaju Tinubu remains the only Pan Nigerian leader that can unite Nigeria .
Hon Maoborno stressed that Asiwaju Tinubu and Senator Folarin if elected would priortised the interest and addressed the challenges of Arewa Community in Oyo State.
“Nigeria is a united nation, with Tinubu and Folarin, we are good to go, they has the capability and sagacity to do it, they are the right candidate because they has what it takes to be a leader”, he said
The Chairman, Arewa Community in Oyo state stressed that Arewa community in Oyo state ” are ready to delivered 350,000 votes for the APC in the state” and that they would votes APC because of their love for the party and Allah.
Honourable Maiborno while noting that Arewa Community have been marginalised in the current administration in the state, said no one is representing the interest of Arewa Community in the present administration in the state, adding that they believe Tinubu and Folarin if elected would treat his members as one Nigeria.
