In line with his plan to raise the standard of education in Kebbi State, Governor Nasir Idris has graciously approved the payment of registration fees for 2023/2024 academic session for all verified Kebbi State indigenes studying in Usman Danfodio University Sokoto (UDUS).
The governor, in a statement made available to journalists on Sunday, signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Ahmed Idris, said the approval was to encourage the students get sound education and to ease difficulties faced by their parents.
“The present administration is determined to fulfil all its campaign promises, most especially in education, agriculture, health, infrastructure and youth empowerment,” he assured.
He advised all students studying at UDUS to take full advantage of the opportunity by studying hard towards achieving the purpose of being in school.
