Minister of Communications and the Agbaakin Afiwajoye of Ibadanland, Barrister Adebayo Shittu has asked Nigerians to pray and cooperate with the President Muhammadu Buhari led administration to effect the necessary changes in the country.
The Minister who made the call in his New Year message to Nigerians declared that President Buhari understands the sufferings of the people especially the masses and is presently working hard to alleviate their suffering.
According to the Minister, “the President understands many troubles of the masses and he is working hard to alleviate the suffering of the masses” hence the need for Nigerians to promote peace and harmony as a way of moving the country forward.
“This is a time to thank God for the previous years and pray for other positive things in 2018. I want to urge Nigerians to continue to pray for President Muhammadu Buhari to succeed. The President understands that many troubles of the masses and he is working hard to alleviate the suffering of the masses”.he said.
The Minister however lauded the people of Oyo State for their supports towards making his aspiration come through and pledges more supports to the people of the state.
