Youth Sports Federation of Nigeria (YSFON) has joined millions of Nigerians in congratulating it’s National President, Alhaji Yusuf Gawuna on his recent appointment as the Chairman of Bayero University Kano.
In a congratulatory message from the body and signed by its National Secretary, Patrick Okpavuerhe, it described, Gawuna as a consummate administrator whose experience will be of immense benefit to the University .
The statement further noted that it was not surprise with the appointment because as a former Local Government Chairman, Commissioner of Agriculture and Deputy Governor, he knows what it takes to turn around the fortune of the University.
” We at YSFON are happy with your appointment as Chairman of the Governing Council of Bayero University. Your track record is there to speak for you and we want to say that the President made a good choice,” the statement said.
